If you have a modem we have the capability of receiving your data for download from virtually any program you can export from. We can send your statements monthly, weekly or daily. These statements can reflect a starting balance, additional charges, credits and adjustments during the billing period, as well as the closing balance, payment amount due and the due date. We can also include interest computations if you are legally authorized to charge interest. All statements are sent on your letterhead, directing any inquiries and all payments to your office. |
